Store Policies



I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not:

  • You must contact me within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery

  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery

  • Do not ship item(s) back without first contacting me by email for the address and an RMA#.


The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items


Conditions of return

  • You are responsible for return-shipping costs.

  • The item(s) must be shipped insured and with tracking.

  • The item(s) must be returned undamaged, in original condition, and in the original packaging; otherwise, you are responsible for any loss of value.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the approved refund amount will be issued via your original method of payment. Please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund to help defray the cost incurred when the item was shipped to you.


  • I do not accept exchanges. Instead, you can return an item and then place an order for another.



  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or prior to its shipping—whichever comes sooner. You must contact me immediately to cancel it.

  • Upon cancelling your order, you will receive a full refund by your original payment method, minus a small cancellation fee of $3.99.

  • All items bought on sale are final and not eligible for cancellation.


  • Your item(s) will be packaged with great care to ensure that no damage occurs in transit. In the unlikely event that damage does occur, it is imperative that you save all packaging material and damaged goods as evidence. Without evidence (photos are required), your claim will be denied by the carrier, and you will not receive a refund. Please contact me immediately so I can begin the claim-filing process with the carrier.
